RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AUSAAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

15-Days Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-days return window from the date of delivery only if all conditions below are strictly met:

Product usage must be less than 3 ml, limited strictly to testing or initial checking
Usage beyond 3 ml will be considered misuse and deemed fraudulent, and the request will be automatically rejected without refund
The product must be undamaged
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including box, labels, and all components

Failure to meet any one of these conditions will make the product ineligible for return or refund.

Fraud & Misuse Clause

Any return request involving:

Excessive usage
Tampering
Partial returns
False claims

will be treated as misuse or fraud, and AUSAAN reserves the right to deny refund or exchange without further obligation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products used beyond the 3 ml limit
Items damaged due to customer handling or negligence
Products returned without original packaging
Sale, promotional, or discounted items
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once opened

Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer
AUSAAN does not reimburse return shipping charges
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear images and/or an unedited video of opening the parcel
Evidence proving that the damage occurred prior to customer handling

If sufficient proof is verified:

AUSAAN will provide a replacement or appropriate compensation, at its discretion

Claims submitted without parcel opening video or valid evidence will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

All approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
Processing time depends on the payment provider and may vary

Right to Refuse

AUSAAN reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
